I'm a Consultant in Learning & Development, Strategic Project Management and Professional Positioning.
I have over 12 years of experience having worked in Argentina and Israel, having managed +50 executive education programs for international leaders, as well as kickstarting L&D practices for technology organizations.
Since 2024 I work with companies, HR consultancies and People teams as an external Advisor and Project Manager, when intention needs to become real execution.

Based on the assessment, I create a tailored proposal covering project scope, objectives, indicators, components, timelines and responsibilities.

Once the proposal is approved, I design the implementation strategy with its key components and timelines, maintaining open communication and flexibility to adapt as the project evolves.

I develop the deliverables and track progress against timelines. We hold weekly check-ins to ensure the project advances correctly and to make any necessary adjustments.

I present a closing report with project results, clear action items and possible next steps. I leave behind installed capacity, a running function or a fully implemented project — as agreed.
